India’s Got Talent, Coming soon!
Concept:
Colors, in association with UK’s FremantleMedia, is planning to launch the reality show ‘Got Talent’. The Indian version will be called ‘India’s Got talent’.
‘Got Talent’ has been conceptualised by Simon Cowell, the jury member of American Idol and the brain behind various other format shows, under his company SYCO. The concept has been adapted by various countries including UK and USA.
The Indian version of the show will be produced by Synergy Adlabs and will follow the global format. It will conduct auditions throughout the nation to bring forth talent like dancing, singing, stand-up comedy and magic acts.
The nationwide auditions for the show will be held in February and March. The launch date has not been announced yet. The show will have a host and three judges and the final winner will be selected through SMS voting by viewers. The marketing will be rolled out in a phase manner beginning with marketing for the city auditions.
This is a terrific platform to be entertained by imaginative and accomplished performing acts of every kind from all over the country, whether solo or in groups, with true variety- song, music, dance, mimicry, gags, mime, puppetry, ventriloquism, magic - absolutely anything that will entertain and enthral India.”

MTV Roadies 6.0: Auditions Begin!
Concept:
Stunt show. Bikers come together to compete for the most coveted title of being a “roadie” after successfully performing and winning series of difficult tasks.
Auditions are held in various major cities in India. People who turn up for the audition are made to undergo a group discussion, following which, selected candidates are chosen for personal interview conducted by Raghu Ram and Nikhil Chinapa. The interview round is deliberately acrimonious to test the participant’s attitude, tolerance and patience levels. Total numbers of finalists chosen for the game are 13. There is no limit as to how many times a person can audition.
